All correspondence sent to the Velmona studio during office hours — Monday through Friday, 09:00–18:00 WIB — receives a substantive response within two working days. This is a commitment made to every person who contacts the studio, regardless of the nature of the enquiry.
Batch documentation requests are processed within three working days of receiving a valid batch code and purchase confirmation.
Distribution enquiries receive an initial response within two working days, followed by a more detailed discussion if both parties see potential alignment.
